Access to Mount Egaleo is possible from various points, making it easily accessible for the residents of Attica. Athens Avenue, near Haidari, divides the main mountain from Poikilo Oros, also known as "Zacharitsa" by the residents of the surrounding areas.
Despite the fact that Egaleo is lower in altitude than the other mountains of Attica (Parnitha, Penteli, Hymettus), easy access and the variety of trails make it an ideal destination for recreation and contact with nature.
West: From Aspropyrgos, Ano Liosia, Zefyri, and Fyli.
North: Through Ano Liosia and Chasia Avenue, as well as from the Egaleo Peripheral Road.
East: From Schisto Korydallou and the Sacred Way in Egaleo.
